Bytesize Coaching Program

Bytesize

Description: Tony Waiter’s Byte Size Coaching program has been specifically designed by one of Canada’s greatest coaches as a training aid for the novice to the most experienced coach. In an ongoing effort by COYSA to provide as many tools as possible to our coaches, we (as COYSA coaches) have been given an opportunity to use this resource for practice planning.

Byte Size Coaching is an integral part of any soccer coach’s toolkit. It is designed so that each coaches of all levels can utilize parts, if not all of the program. Coaches can assess specific drills to the level of their players and increase or decrease the level of difficulty, while keeping the players involved and motivated.  Many clubs around the world are currently utilizing this program with amazing results.  Tony has endeavored to try and create the “Total Player”. One of the main benefits of this program is that it enables our volunteer coaches to provide our players with fun, structured practices that develop their skills and foster a love for the game.
